Guy Larivière has over 35 years of experience, of which 18 are in executive roles for international manufacturers operating in the food, health & beauty, and pharmaceutical industries and 17 years as an executive recruiter having served as vice-president - executive search and managing partner for several major recruiting firms. He is the Partner and Co-Owner of Glasford International Canada and Chairman of Glasford International. He has carried out over 325 searches recruiting c-level and senior-level executives. Guy Larivière holds a bachelor's degree in industrial relations from McGill University and is a career coach member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

In that capacity, he has acquired in-depth knowledge of the distribution, retail, high-tech, service and manufacturing sectors. He was also Vice-President of Executive Search in important recruiting firms. As Partner and Co-Owner of Glasford International Canada, he has worked on more than 275 mandates for middle management and senior executive recruitment. He holds a BA in Political Science and an MA in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal.

With a diploma in Human Resources from Université de Montréal Louise McMillan has more than 25 years of experience as a human resources generalist in the field of professional services. She has held positions as Director of Human Resources and has been a member of management committees for well-known legal and insurance firms. She had the responsibility of implementing and managing HR programs as to guide and further the HR strategy of the company. She joined the Glasford International Canada team in 2018 as a Talent Acquisition Consultant.

Nancy Cameron has over 25 years of experience in managing and coordinating human capital projects, including 9 years for executive recruiters and psychometric businesses, 4 years in the public and quasi-public sector in management and human resources, and 11 years as a program lead in the tourism industry. Over the years, Nancy has participated in over 300 executive recruitment mandates as a researcher and a project manager. She has worked on executive recruitment mandates both nationally and internationally. Nancy’s analytical mindset puts her a cut above when it comes to identifying candidate profiles that match client needs and building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
